Independent Nurse Prescriber/Aesthetics Nurse. Hi I'm Charlotte and I'm the owner of Charlotte Rose Aesthetics. I look forward to hearing from you! x

I am a registered nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber specialising in injectable anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal filler. I have always been passionate about helping people and aesthetics is very rewarding in this regard. I am a huge advocate of a subtle, natural look and I love being able to bring out that inner confidence in patients. When I am not practicing aesthetics I work as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Palliative Care. I continuously uphold my nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), am an active member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) and have an extensive background of experience spanning the past 14 years across A&E, intensive care and oncology. But most importantly I am fully insured and trained in the complications and emergency management of aesthetics work. Message to book or ask anything about the services I offer.

If you’ve been thinking about aesthetics for months (or years) but never quite made the move … this is for you 🤍

You don’t need to know exactly what you want. You don’t need to feel embarrassed about asking questions, and you definitely don’t need to commit to anything.

Sometimes the hardest part is simply booking that first appointment.

So consider this your reminder that a consultation is just a conversation. No pressure. No judgement. Just honest advice about what might work for you - and what might not.

If you’ve been putting it off… maybe it’s time to stop overthinking it and take that first step ❤️

“I don’t want too much filler.” 👀

This is probably the most common fear I hear in clinic and honestly, I completely understand why.

But good filler isn’t about adding as much as possible. It’s knowing when to stop.

My approach is always to enhance, not change. Sometimes the best result comes from doing less, not more.

Worried about looking overfilled? Save this for your next filler appointment 🫶🏻

And if you know someone who’s been put off filler because they’re scared of looking “overfilled” - send this to them.

Sometimes when 0.5ml isn’t quite enough but 1ml feels too much … 0.7ml can be juuuust right 🧸🥣

I turned away a patient who wanted more lip filler.

She already had around 2ml of existing filler, and I could see early signs of migration. I didn’t feel comfortable adding more, so I recommended dissolving and starting again.

She didn’t want to dissolve, so I said no.

Because sometimes the most responsible thing an aesthetic practitioner can do, is not inject.

Would you trust a practitioner more if they were willing to say no?👇🏻

Choosing an aesthetics practitioner is so much more than just the treatments they offer.

As an NMC-registered nurse, every decision I make is guided by professional standards, clinical judgement and most importantly, what’s in your best interests.

That means I’ll never:
✨ Recommend a treatment you don’t need.
✨ Rush your consultation or pressure you into a decision.
✨ Compromise on your safety for the sake of trends, shortcuts or convenience.

My goal isn’t to change how you look. It’s to provide safe, ethical care that helps you feel confident in your own skin.

If this resonates with you, send it to a friend who’s thinking about booking a treatment 🤍
