If you’re interested in a natural way to improve skin health over a few months with little downtime then NeoGen treatments at lower energy settings may be the perfect match for you .
The reason lower energies can work very well is that the treatment is dose-dependent: you want enough controlled thermal energy to trigger skin regeneration, but not so much that you create unnecessarily deep thermal injury.
At around 0.8 J, several things can happen:
Controlled stimulation:
Plasma energy heats the superficial skin and can stimulate wound-healing pathways and new collagen formation.
Less collateral injury:
As energy increases, the depth and degree of thermal coagulation increase. Experimental work found progressively deeper tissue effects as nitrogen-plasma energy was increased.
Better recovery:
Lower-energy protocols have been shown to produce useful rejuvenation with less downtime.
A clinical study found that repeated low-energy treatments could achieve substantial improvement while shortening healing time compared with a single higher-energy treatment.
Cumulative effect:
Rather than trying to get the entire result from one aggressive treatment and a week or two of hiding away , several gentler treatments can allow the skin to remodel between sessions.
Higher isn't automatically better: Higher settings can produce greater tissue effects, but they also increase healing time and the risk of problems such as prolonged redness or post-inflammatory pigmentation.
So the idea is essentially “enough energy to trigger remodeling, but not so much that you unnecessarily damage the tissue.”

Now ,of course I’ve got to be the first to try it out so I can show you all how easy it is !
I had a full face , eyes and neck treatment on 0.8 j of energy .. so the top end of the low energy levels. It was really very comfortable without any numbing cream required , just feeling a little warm and tight . You can see that there is virtually no downtime ! Mild peeling will occur after a few days and results build gradually over the following weeks and months .

NeoGen Plasma (also called nitrogen plasma skin regeneration) is considered effective because it doesn't just treat the skin's surface—it delivers controlled thermal energy into the deeper layers of the skin, triggering the body's natural repair processes.
The treatment is popular because it can improve several concerns at once:
⚡️Stimulates new collagen and elastin, which can make skin firmer over the following months.
⚡️Tightens skin immediately through heat-induced tissue contraction, with further improvement developing over 3–12 months.
