Life can be overwhelming sometimes, and we never truly know what someone else might be going through. A conversation, a little kindness, or simply taking the time to listen can make more of a difference than we realise.

This year’s theme is “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change” — reminding us of the importance of listening to people’s experiences and making sure everyone feels heard. 🤍
