👻 MYTH: “3ML of dermal filler is going to dramatically change the way I look.”

I have so many clients who initially think 3ML sounds like a huge amount of filler — but when you think about it, especially when that 3ML is being carefully distributed across several areas of the face, it really isn’t as much as you might think.

💉 3ML can actually be a really lovely starting point if you’re nervous about having filler or you want to make subtle, gradual changes rather than doing everything at once.

It can also be a great option for top-ups, depending on what you’re looking to achieve and what’s already been treated.

☠️ The scary part?
Thinking that the number of millilitres automatically determines how dramatic your result will be.

It’s not just about HOW MUCH filler you have — it’s about WHERE it’s placed, HOW it’s placed and what’s appropriate for your individual face.

🎃 So don’t let “3ML” scare you… it doesn’t mean you’re going to walk out looking like a completely different person! 👻✨

A little life update 🤍

I just wanted to say a little sorry for being so quiet lately, and for not always replying to messages as quickly as I should. I know I need to work on that, and I really do appreciate your patience with me. 🥹

The truth is, I’m just taking life day by day at the moment and soaking up every single second of my little boy. He’s 6 months old already, and I honestly can’t believe how quickly it’s going.

Right now, I’m choosing to enjoy the baby days, the cuddles, the little moments and all the memories that I know I’ll never get back. 🤍

I’ve worked incredibly hard over the last 5 years building my business, opening my shops and putting so much of myself into it. And I know I’ll come back to it with that same drive and power again.

But for now, I’m allowing myself to just be Mum. 🥹🤍

Business will always be there. These baby days won’t.

I’m still working once a week for now, and from September I’ll be much more present, replying quicker and getting back into a better routine with you all.

Thank you for sticking with me, supporting me and being so understanding. It means more than you know. 🤍

Let’s talk about lips … 💋

Lip filler is one of my favourite treatments because it’s so much more than just adding volume — it’s about shape, balance, and confidence ✨

💉 Healing time:
You’ll usually see swelling for the first 24–72 hours (sometimes up to a week), and the lips can feel a little firm or tender during that time. The true settled result shows around the 2-week mark — so always wait before judging your final shape!

💎 Your first 1ml is an investment.
Think of it as your foundation — not the final look. Most clients need to build gradually over a few appointments to reach their perfect shape and volume. Everyone’s lip anatomy, tissue density, and hydration levels are unique, so results vary from person to person.

⏳ Maintenance:
Once your dream shape is achieved, you’ll only need a top-up roughly every 9–12 months to maintain your results and keep the structure refined.

🚫 Migration:
Lip filler migration is something that can happen, but it’s very rare in the first couple of years if treatments are done correctly and spaced appropriately. It’s usually caused by years of overfilling, frequent top-ups, or habits like va**ng, excessive lip movement, or pressure on the area while healing.

💧 Pro tip:
Stay hydrated, avoid excessive heat or exercise for 24–48 hours post-treatment, and always trust an injector who understands your anatomy and respects natural balance.
