Thank you to every one who has supported me over the last 12 months in the craziest year! As of midnight tonight I am unfortunately CLOSED due to the new tier 4 announcement. Thank you again for all the support. My DMs are always open. Hannah 💙

The little girl, my goddaughter Niamh, has not only had lockdown to contend with this year she also unfortunately had a scalp infection which caused her to lose her hair and for the majority of it to fall out. At 10 years old losing your hair is a huge mental challenge to contend with and she has been an absolute super star.

When she was due back to school she was nervous, thinking she have to wear a bandana as she didn't want people asking about her hair. Niamh’s mum, Emma, contacted the Little Princess Trust and asked if they could help and they went above and beyond and sent Niamh a real hair wig within 5 days for her to wear to school.

Niamh came in the salon on Sunday as her hair has finally started to grow back and this brave little girl let me give her a shorter hair cut. Doesn’t she look absolutely gorgeous?! 😍

WHAT IT TAKES TO GO FROM DARK > LIGHT:

~ TRUST! Your stylist knows what they're doing. If they say your hair can’t be lifted as light as you want it, they are telling you the truth.
~ TIME! This process takes hours at a time and most of the time repeated over several appointments.
~ PATIENCE! It can take months to get your hair blonde as you have to leave it a while inbetween appointments to keep it in good condition.💇🏻‍♀️💇🏼‍♀️

SWIPE THROUGH PICS TO SEE THE STAGES OF THIS TRANSFORMATION! Lucky for Leah her hair lifts really well so I was able to get her desired colour in 3 appointments. This totally depends on how often you have your hair coloured, how dark it is to begin with and if it's box dye or professional dye. 💙 DM for all enquiries ⚡️

HELLO ALL 👋🏽 Hope everyone is safe & well. 💙

Although I was absolutely gutted at first that I had to shut the doors of the Salon when the second lockdown was announced I knew we all had to do what we had to do to help protect ourselves and each other during these unprecedented times. Instead of looking at the break from work as a negative I turned it into a positive to spend quality time with my husband and children.

I am SO lucky to have worked full time in my salons over the years and to then open my own little salon and when I look back I have never had this long of a break from hair to focus purely on my family. My family is healthy and happy. That is the positive I will take from 2020. 🙏🏽

We will never get this time ever again and I am so lucky I was able to do this, even if they do drive me up the wall most of the time! 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️ That being said, I am so, SO ready to get back to making all your hair look FABULOUS and open the doors of the salon next week once lockdown is over! 🙏🏽💙

We are getting lots of questions over the date of reopening businesses in England after the four-week lockdown.

These measures apply nationally for four weeks up to and including Wednesday 2 December. Subject to restrictions being lifted, you will be able to reopen your business on Thursday 3 December 2020.
