This one definitely deserves to be front and center! It was a long process, but totally worth it! 😍

The before pictures don’t quite capture the glowy root we had to tackle! We packed in a full head of highlights to break it up and get as blonde as possible, using a bond-building treatment (Step 1) to protect and prevent damage. We started with a lower developer and gradually built up around the front. Then, we applied the most beautiful icy toner, she absolutely HATES any yellow tones! 😅 This created a stunning white shade 🥰, followed by Step 2 of the bond builder and a quick dusting to remove any dead ends.

The finishing touch? 24” nano extensions, custom-toned to match perfectly!

About 120 foils, 435 grams of color and extensions, 8 hours, and 24 inches later, look how gorgeous this is! 😍🤍

✨ Prom Princess ✨

Now that all the serious updates are out of the way can we just take a minute for how stunning this princess looked with her hair up for prom! 😍

Absolutely in love with it, we used some clip ins to give her some extra hair and volume to play with and the tiara is just the perfect finishing touch! 🤍

In true me style I forgot to take pics before pin curling her front pieces up so they weren’t knocked during her makeup but still absolutely stunning!

✨ Policy ✨

With the new booking site now live, I’ve made a few updates to the policy and thought it was a good time to be a little bit honest with you all.

I completely understand that life happens and things can come up last minute. However, as a self-employed person, this is my only source of income. No-shows, late cancellations, or last-minute changes can have a significant impact on my earnings. While I truly appreciate and value each and every one of you, the recent increase in these incidents has become unsustainable. I am still waiting on multiple cancellation fees from months ago, which is disappointing and feels disrespectful.

Although I consider many of you not just clients but friends, I need to protect my business and income. It’s not fair to have long gaps in my schedule with no payment. After all, I’m sure none of you would work without being compensated. I also have overhead costs and colour products that I order specifically for each client.

All I’ve ever asked is for reasonable notice so I can try to fill the slot. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been happening lately, so the policy will now be strictly enforced. Good communication really does go a long way!

✨ Booking Site ✨

I’ve been a bit quiet on social media lately, and I want to apologise for that. This has been intentional. About two years ago, I was diagnosed with autism, which has had a big impact on my daily life. I often find it challenging to keep up with things like content creation, replying to messages, sending reminders, and, of course, doing everyone’s hair. It can get overwhelming.

So, I decided to take a step back from posting regularly and focus on creating content in batches that I can schedule ahead with intention. This has also given me the chance to introduce a big change: a new booking system!

I’m now using Square Appointments to better manage bookings. If you’ve been to me before or are a regular client, you’ll know I like to give my full attention during appointments. However, this sometimes means I’m slower to reply to messages, especially on my days off.

The new system allows you to book your appointment directly without waiting for me to respond. I set up the system to streamline the booking process for both of us, so I can dedicate more time to handling complex enquiries and supporting clients who need extra assistance. The system does request some personal details, but rest assured, all information is protected under GDPR guidelines.

There’s also an optional field to add your birthday if you’d like to join my birthday discount scheme, no pressure to fill it in if you’d prefer not to, however, you won’t be eligible for the discount.

To prevent no-shows, card details are required to book, but no payment will be taken unless the updated booking policy is breached, which you’ll need to agree to when booking. I will not accept bookings without a card on file to ensure appointments are secured. You can find a small “See Full Policy” link on the booking page, and the full policy is also posted and pinned at the top of the page for you to familiarise yourself with.
