We are closed this weekend for the first time since we opened so we can both attend and enjoy Tramlines this weekend. 🎉

Our last working day this week is Wednesday 22nd july and we re open monday 27th July.

Have the best time everyone, we are certainly looking forwards to it .

Hello Everyone.

Im back and pleased to say iv completed my first Ramathon (half marathon.)time :2.24 💪 iv had the best weekend with my sister, my step mum and a surprise visit from my boys who came to derby to watch us 🥰

Sunday was sooooo hot but thankfully it rained half way through and was well needed🥵, my leg is now in bits so a well deserved rest is needed after 15 weeks of training....BUT I'm not saying never again so watch this space....🙈

Hi Everyone Hannah here,

Some of you may already know that in two weeks time, I'm taking on my biggest running challenge yet and doing my first half marathon in derby on Sunday 28th june with my sister , raising money for Parkinson's UK .

I'm not gonna lie its definitely been a tough 15 week training plan, having a leg injury from week 8 iv still continued to train somehow 🙈.

I'm so lucky to have both my sisters, my gym buddies and friends all joining me along the way to support and keep me going and of course my charlie boy, everyone needs a water boy.

This Sunday i take on Leeds 10k as part of my training plan , if you have told me two years ago id be doing a 10k as a warm up ready for a half marathon, id have never believed i could do it but here iam, Ill definitely be trying my best.💪
