Every year in TEMPLESPA we support a UK charity with a wonderful campaign. This year we have chosen The Alzheimer’s Society, using no better ‘product with a purpose’ than our incredible Repose aromatherapy dual acting night cream. It restores the skin overnight whilst aiding better sleep too, in case you didn’t know 😉

Join me this Monday at 8pm for a 30-minute Slumber Night In — and yes, PJ’s are absolutely encouraged! 🥰

• Your favourite cleanser
• Toner
• Night cream — Repose if you have it!
• A serum - face or eye if you have one
• A couple of lovely hot face cloths
• And if you have any of these… Quietude, Breathe of Life & AAAHHH 🌿

We’ll guide you through some simple daily skincare tips to future-proof your skin, share some fab wellbeing techniques. PLUS some gorgeous relaxation tips to help you switch off, de-stress and sleep better. ✨
