I’m so excited to introduce something new and revolutionary to you beautiful ladies—the Sculpted Glow Method.

I will be opening the doors of Inside Out seaham to just eight ladies for an intimate workshop at the special introductory price of £75 per person. Dates for zigs in Sunderland to be announced soon

The Sculpted Glow Method was carefully created by my guru, Ganga Devi of the Himalayan Yoga Institute, through her many years of yoga, face yoga, therapeutic work and exploration of the connection between the face, body, mind and emotions.

Throughout the workshop, you will learn:

🤍 The complete Sculpted Glow facial practice
🤍 Powerful exercises to naturally lift, tone and sculpt the face
🤍 Techniques to release tension from the jaw, neck and facial muscles
🤍 How to support lymphatic drainage within the face
🤍 How to use a gua sha tool correctly
🤍 Complementary facial warm-up exercises
🤍 How the facial muscles and fascia influence tension, movement and the appearance of the face
🤍 A personal programme and guidance to continue your practice at home

Our faces can carry so much stress, tension and emotional heaviness. This beautiful method encourages you to slow down, connect deeply with your face and become aware of what you may be holding. It will help the face feel softer, fresher, more open and naturally lifted without injections.

Healthy, nourishing snacks and refreshments will be provided and we will complete the experience with a beautiful Yoga Nidra meditation, allowing the practice to settle and fully integrate.

This is so much more than face yoga. It is a complete experience for inner and outer beauty, combining natural sculpting, awareness, relaxation and self-connection.

Join us at Seaham Town Hall on 18th October at 6:30pm for a soothing Yoga Nidra meditation, Reiki-infused relaxation and a gentle sound bath.

This calming experience helps you step away from the busyness of everyday life, quiet your mind and settle into deep rest. Through guided relaxation, Reiki and the soothing sounds of the bowls and other instruments, you’ll have time to release tension, feel grounded and reconnect with yourself.

My apologies

My sincere apologies for lastnight eveyone something came up unexpected that needed me to be there, I will be announcing more dates later today for intimate sessions on a Wednesday at my studio and bigger sessions at the town hall, I hope to see you’s there as we had so many tickets sold for the event but unfortunate circumstances arose, I’ll be sending Octobers program later today and also have some exciting news about the next emotional healing retreats and day retreats 🤍again my apologies for everyone yesterday and for being so understanding 🤍🤍🤍

My heart is so full after spending four incredible days with the most amazing ladies on our wellness retreat. 🤍

Thank you to each and every one of you for joining us and allowing me to hold space for connection, love and deeper understanding. I’m so grateful I could share some of the knowledge and teachings I’ve received from my guru, Ganga Devi.

A special thank you to Paula for bringing the amazing food and sharing her advice, and to Heather for guiding us through such a powerful breathwork session and emotional release.

I feel so honoured to have collaborated with the amazing Paula from Guru Glow and Heather from ZEnsational to bring this retreat to life. Thank you both for sharing your gifts and helping to create such a special experience.

Thank you to all the ladies for investing your time, money and trust in us. I’ve had the most wonderful experience too, and I’ll treasure the memories we’ve made together.

A little update from me 🤍✨

I wanted to share something I’ve been working on behind the scenes!

I’ve recently completed my Level 5 Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy training, as well as my Second Degreeu Usui Reiki training. 🌿✨

I’m always wanting to learn more, develop my skills and bring new things to my treatments, so I’m really proud to have these two certificates under my belt.

For me, it’s about continuing to learn so I can give the best experience I can to the people who trust me with their wellbeing. 🥰

I’m really excited about what this means for my treatments going forward and I can’t wait to share more with you all!
