Sometimes the best result starts with taking a step back.

Our patient came to us with previous filler that had migrated above the natural lip border, creating unwanted product outside the lip.

We dissolved the migrated filler first, allowing the area to settle before reassessing the lips. Once ready, we were able to refill with a much more considered approach, focusing on definition, balance and restoring natural-looking volume.

A reminder that more filler isn’t always the answer, sometimes dissolving and starting fresh gives us the best foundation for the result we’re trying to achieve.

We started by dissolving the old lip filler due to filler migration, allowing the area to fully settle before starting again.
