We have won 62 awards which include 'Spa of the Year' in the English Hair & Beauty Awards, 'Spa of the Year' and 'Excellence in Customer Service' in the British Hair & Beauty Awards. Our facilities - As well as our spa treatment rooms, we have a relaxation room. So for those of you who never want to go home after your treatment- you don't have to! After your treatment with us, you can go through to our relaxation room to prolong your pamper time, have a cup of tea on us, read a book and stay as long as you want! Our relaxation room is a great place to have a pamper party with some friends for a birthday celebration, a hen do or just a chance for a catch up. Or add some time onto the end of one of our pamper packages to sit in our relaxation room and make a real day of it. We have double treatment rooms so you can enjoy any of our body treatments, massage, scrubs and facials with a friend or partner and in our double manicure and double pedicure room you can both have your feet or hands done together while you sit and chat. Our Infrared sauna is a great way to extend your pamper time and spend more time with us. Fantastic to have before a massage to relax the muscles and to have before a slimming treatment to detox and burn up to 600 calories in one session!. Our Sauna is in a Private room with shower and changing facilities.

LOVE YOUR SKIN MONTH 🤍 | A little bit of my own skin journey…
These photos are my skin at two very different points in my journey.
I know first-hand how much breakouts, redness and the marks they leave behind can affect how you feel about your skin. My skin is also naturally sensitive, which meant I couldn’t just throw strong treatments and active ingredients at it and hope for the best.
Over time, learning to work with my skin rather than against it has made the biggest difference.
Microneedling in particular has been an absolute game changer for me. Looking at these photos side by side, I can see such a difference in the appearance of my post-breakout marks, scarring, texture and overall skin health. 🤍

I stopped doing these 2 things to my skin for 4 days… and LOOK what happened 👀
I deliberately stopped exfoliating and stopped using my E2 Exosomes + Biolumin-C Serum to see if I could actually notice a difference in my skin.
And honestly, I really could.
