Important Update 🌿

From 26th October 2026, Realign Massage Manchester will be based above Rebecca Emily Hair Salon at 69 Manchester Rd E, Little Hulton, Manchester M38 9AF. This is around the corner from Tesco in Walkden.

The room has private access and you do not have to enter the salon or waiting area.

The rates for all treatments will stay the same💰

Working days will be Monday, Thursday evening and Friday✍️📆✏️

The room will be lovely and cosy and with the same usual calming lighting and vibe 💚

I will contact all people booked in on relevant dates with instructions for the new premises.

Client Feedback! 💯🦵⚽

A regular client of mine recently experienced an acute and very painful knee injury at football ⚽

He had issues walking, standing and even lying down properly

This was affecting his daily activities, his sleep and his mood 🫩💤

Our massage therapy session was adapted to focus on his injury and the issues this had led to. The unaffected leg was also becoming tight and painful as it was having to do much more work

We used cupping therapy and adapted massage techniques with lots of support around the knee

Natural essential oils for pain and inflammation

I also signposted the client to other services that will refer as appropriate for scans and pain relief

This week!!!!🙌 I get a text saying that the client can walk with less pain and more stability. He reports less swelling but still some issues with fully extending. He can see the positive steps we have made. There is a way forward and we have a plan. That's a mood booster in itself. He is coming for another myofascial cupping session this week to throw some more red blood cells at this injury to promote healing..onwards and upwards!

True Realignment 🙌💚🙌

This young woman has been having a lot of medical issues leading to her being prescribed long term medication for migraines. She has really struggled to get a thorough assessment of her back issues. It is clear to see there are some alignment issues which could be the cause of her migraines.

In the first picture her head is off centre, the ribs are very stiff and the right arm is incredibly tight and connected to the ribs. The hips are not symmetrical.

This is an incredible example of how massage can realign the body to create more symmetry.

If the body is moving well and is balanced then we have less issues with pain and movement. I'm very excited to support her and help her move towards a pain free life 💚💯💚
