🩷 CANCELLATION 🩷

Don’t forget ladies.. MacMillan coffee morning this Friday let’s have a brew.. a natter and raise some money for a wonderful organisation

Macmillan Cancer Support

After weeks of you lovely lot asking we are finally biting the bullet and opening ‘The Book’

🎅🏼 🎄 Christmas Appointments
now being taken 🎅🏼 🎄

Please read below 👇🏼

🎄✨ TiNki Hair Room – Christmas Cancellation Policy ✨🎄

As we head into our busiest time of the year, we are introducing a Christmas cancellation policy to help us manage appointments fairly and give us the best chance of filling any cancelled slots. ❤️

🎀 DEPOSITS

A £20 deposit will be taken for each appointment slot:

✂️ Cut & Blow Dry — £20 deposit
🎨 Colours — £40 deposit
💇‍♀️ Colours & Extensions — £60 deposit

Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill at the end of your appointment.

⏰ CANCELLATIONS

We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or appointment change. This allows us enough time to try and refill your appointment slot.

❌ Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

🚫 NO-SHOWS & SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS

No-shows and cancellations made on the day of your appointment will result in:

• Your deposit being lost
• Larger deposit to be made for future appointments covering 50% of future bill.

We are genuinely sorry that we have to introduce this policy, but after an unbelievable amount of late cancellations and no-shows last year, we unfortunately have no choice.

🎄 Christmas appointments are extremely limited, and every appointment slot is valuable. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support. ❤️

Love,
TiNki Hair Room 🎄✂️
