Burnout is real and I’m definitely feeling it 😢 but that’s only because we’ve been non stop behind the scene for anyone who knows me … knows i don’t switch off.

Between applications closing tomorrow for our new team member, rebranding, relabelling, restocking, Christmas prepping, and working on something new coming very soon… it’s been a whirlwind.

But every order, every message, every bit of support is keeping me going.

Running a business isn’t always pretty, glam or pleasing… sometimes it’s chaos, late nights, mental breakdowns and a million things happening at once.

What … the …. helly ….

This week we have hit another milestone for Nail Dolls UK, 7500 orders.

Some brands will get this a week, a month and more frequent but to us this is huge and we appreciate it soo much and this doesn’t even include adhoc orders/bespoke training etc which makes it even more meaningful.

Nail Dolls UK has always been me, a one man band running everything, every single thing but now we’re growing.

To go from been sat in my living room, pipetting products into packaging, working in a bedroom in my house, to now fulfilling multiple hundreds of pens and products a week/month inside our own shop is just mind blowing.

To every student who has supported us and walked through the door, the feeling of watching you grow and succeed 🫶🏻

Our product line has tripled with still more to come 🤫

We have set up our sister company The Fragrance Haus which in time will make sense why we have.

Looking back and reflecting, not wanting to take the risk of leaving full time work, but we have to take the risk because it’s worth it.

Now we move forward to the next step of our journey to have someone join me at HQ to help us take us to that next step.

Lots of big things, changes are happening and its only going to be for the better.

We have one position available for a Sales and Social Media Assistant at Nail Dolls & The Fragrance Haus HQ.

Role Includes:

- Creating Content & Social Media
- Social Media Lives for sales and confidently engaging with customers.
- Product sales & customer enquiries
- Packing, Labelling of orders
- Keep stock up to date, made & labelled
- General support where business needs.

Working Hours:
- Hours will be based at our unit however occasionally may be able to be done from home depending on work.
- Must be flexible Monday- Saturday through the day and evenings

Experience Required:
- Social Media Background
- Idea and understanding of sales
- Customer service/facing roles

Our operation changes weekly and demand differs so you must be reliable and open to change week on week.

💰 Pay is minimum wage based on age along with commission for stalls/events/lives etc can be discussed upon application.

We will be at Bobby Dazzler Events event on Sunday and will be sharing over the next few days what we are taking!

I’m also a one man band while Sho is away for a few days so im left trusted … to get everything prepared and sorted behind the scenes for The Fragrance Haus 😮‍💨
