Sounds ridiculous… but it’s exactly how last-minute cancellations can feel from the other side.
Life happens, and genuine emergencies are completely understandable. But when appointments are cancelled at the last minute for reasons that could have been avoided, it’s not just an empty slot. It’s lost income, wasted preparation and time that another client could have booked.
A little consideration goes a long way. ❤️
Tag your therapist if they’ll appreciate this one… or send it to that friend who always says, “They’ll be fine.” 😂
Apparently owning the salon also means I’m the manager…😂
