I don’t usually respond to situations like this publicly, but when serious accusations are made about both my work and my character, I believe I have the right to respectfully share my side too.

I will always accept genuine criticism and use it to improve. What I cannot accept is personal or discriminatory accusations that I believe do not truthfully represent me, particularly following a disagreement about a last-minute cancellation.
Small businesses depend on appointments, trust and mutual respect. When several hours are reserved for one person, that time has value.
I’m not posting this to encourage negativity towards anyone. I’m posting it to stand behind my work, protect my professional reputation and make my boundaries clear.
