I know summer is busy and kids being off may make your routine slightly different.
But I have had a lot of last minute cancellations or changes to appointments this week.

I cannot and will not let last minute cancellations or changes to appointments slide anymore and I will be charging accordingly.

My prices are reasonable and affordable and for me to be able to maintain these prices I need clients to give me more time if wanting to change or cancel an appointment.
As clients normally have 2+ appointments booked ahead I am relying on new appointments to fill these slots that are being changed or cancelled.

After some swaps and changes I have had an appointment come up Friday 31st July 10am for a wash cut and blowdry.

With the summer holidays coming up please be organised with cancelling/changing appointments. I will try and accommodate the best I can, August is always slightly quieter due to holidays and kids being off, that being said I still only have limited appointments left.

Last two weeks of September are already fully booked so please be organised. Please check if future appointments dates still work for you!

When changing or cancelling appointments please remember once the text reminder has gone out it is to late to cancel and you will be charged accordingly.

I would appreciate as much notice as possible, most my clients already have appointments, most of them two ahead so when changing/cancelling I am relying on new appointments or people on my cancellation list.
Sometimes these slots cannot be filled, so please bare this in mind when changing/cancelling as this is my only source of income and I will be clamping down on late cancellations.
