World Mental Health Day 🤍

I think we can all be guilty of putting ourselves at the bottom of the list sometimes.

Life gets busy, there’s always something that needs doing, and it’s easy to forget to make time for ourselves.

Looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health. Whether it’s going for a walk, catching up with a friend or simply having a little time to switch off, those moments matter.

One of the things I love about what I do is being able to give people that time that’s just for them. A chance to slow down, relax and forget about everything else for a little while.

Massage can’t fix everything, but sometimes taking that time for yourself can make a difference.

The Nut-Free Facial at Blue Aura has been created using Tribe517’s ONE Collection, offering a relaxing facial using carefully selected nut-free products.

Your 30-minute treatment includes a cleanse, gentle exfoliation, facial massage and moisturise, with plenty of hands-on time to leave your skin feeling fresh, soft and cared for.

Perfect if you have a nut allergy, prefer nut-free skincare, or simply fancy a shorter facial.

October is Menopause Awareness Month 🤍

Perimenopause and menopause can bring so many changes, both physically and emotionally, and sometimes what you need most is time to slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself.

Flower Remedy Connection is my 90-minute menopause-focused ritual, created to offer a deeply nurturing moment of calm through the changing stages of perimenopause and menopause.

Beginning with a sensory consultation, we’ll select the flower remedy balm most suited to how you’re feeling that day: Time • Heal • Change.

Your treatment begins with a comforting welcome touch, followed by a warm oil drizzle over the back of the body. You’ll then enjoy a relaxing back-of-body massage, focusing on the back of the legs, back and back of the arms, before turning over for a soothing facial cleanse, face massage and calming scalp massage.

Over the past few months, I’ve been working on refreshing the treatment menu and bringing more of the spa experience into Blue Aura.
