Sunday mornings are my little exhale.
Coffee. A lazy start. Nowhere I need to be quite yet.
A little time to reflect on the week that's been, before stepping into the one ahead.
Today's agenda: coffee, a walk and some much-needed me time.

Treatment Room Glimmers ✨️
After a week of moving, shifting, more decorating and rebuilding… the treatment room is FINALLY ready.
…I think. 😆
Just a few last little bits to do tomorrow before I let a couple of my regular die-hard clients loose in the new space to get a feel for it.
And by “get a feel for it”, I mean watch me wander around completely disorientated because I can’t remember where I’ve put S**T. 😂
Luckily, they’ll laugh at me, give zero 🦆's and love me anyway.
And THAT is why they’re the ride or dies. 😉🤍
New space. New chapter. Same slightly chaotic me.

Holiday mode officially activated 🤍🌿
I’m now on annual leave and taking some much-needed time out to rest, reset & recharge.
I’ll be checking in intermittently, so please bear with me if replies take a little longer than usual.
Appointments reopen from Wednesday 16th September, and you can still book ahead anytime via my Timely booking link in bio.
There’ll also be a little bit of behind-the-scenes magic happening while I’m off, as I put the finishing touches to the new treatment room ready to welcome you all into the new space ✨
For now, I hope you all have a beautiful Bank Holiday weekend. I’m looking forward to slowing down for a couple of weeks… and even more excited to see you all again when I’m back.
