Another Sunday, another week to slow down, switch off and unwind with the harp and Tibetan bowls. 💛

This Sunday I had the pleasure of being at the beautiful in Dorset, thanks to Vicky () for inviting me to join her lovely yoga ladies.

It was so lovely to see some familiar faces from the past, including some of my Sound Bath clients, and also meet some new faces. 😊

What a gorgeous setting too! Being so close to everyone made it feel really special. We could feel the vibrations travelling through the floor as I played, which made it feel like we were all really inside the music together.

Such a lovely group, beautiful surroundings and a really special afternoon of sound and relaxation.

A beautiful reflection from one of our Classical Calm experiences and perhaps the perfect way to describe something that is meant to be felt rather than watched.

This is classical music experienced differently. Lie down, close your eyes and allow yourself to be carried through a guided relaxation and visualisation, before the ethereal sounds of live harp and black quartz crystal singing bowls weave together (with Julia from Shin Healing) in an immersive journey.

No audience. No applause. No expectations. Just music, stillness and the freedom to receive.
