💫 Sculpted in Motion combines guided Pilates-style movement with wood sculpting to create a unique body-focused treatment.
The exercises are completely tailored to you — your fitness level, your ability and the areas of the body you want to focus on. You don’t need to be experienced in Pilates or have a high level of fitness.
This is not an intense workout or a fitness class. The movements are controlled, manageable and adapted throughout the session, so you can work at a level that feels comfortable for your body.
While you move and engage the muscles, I work alongside you with wood sculpting on the targeted areas — combining movement and body sculpting in one treatment.
