🇵🇹⚽ A nossa Escolinha a apoiar Portugal! ❤️💚

❤️💚 Força, Portugal! 🇵🇹👏

A huge thank you to all our teachers, volunteers, students and families who are part of our Escolinha. ❤️

May 2026/2027 be a year full of learning, sharing and happy moments!

Welcome back! 📚

It is with great pride and excitement that Escolinha de Língua Portuguesa announces the publication of the book Do Write!

Do Write brings together pieces of writing and poems created by pupils from several schools across Northern Ireland as part of the Poetry in Motion project, promoted by CAP - Community Arts Partnership.

We are delighted to highlight the participation of pupils from Escolinha de Língua Portuguesa in this very special project.

Designed to be accessible and transformative, Poetry in Motion gives children the opportunity to explore language, develop their own voice and discover the power of writing by bringing it into an artistic and creative context.

It has been wonderful to see our pupils express their ideas, feelings and imagination through words, showing that poetry can be found everywhere — we simply need to give children the space to discover it.

And don’t forget to look out for and read our pupils’ poems!

These are young voices with so much to say, and stories that deserve to be read, shared and celebrated.

Because there is a little bit of poetry inside all of us.

Congratulations to all the pupils, teachers, schools and everyone involved in this inspiring project! We are incredibly proud to be part of this initiative and, above all, to see our pupils’ voices come to life in the pages of Do Write.

The book is available for just £5 per copy.
