And that's my working week finished, and what a bloody lovely appointment to end it on! 🥹🤎✨️

Finishing with one of my gorgeous nail girlies, who honestly feels more like TS Beauty family now than a client. 🫶🏼

I absolutely LOVE our appointments. We chat, we laugh, we have our deep conversations, we put the world to rights and just have the loveliest time together. It's one of those appointments that never really feels like work, and I always look forward to seeing her. 🥹

Today was a little post-op treat for her, some much-deserved pampering and a fresh set of nails in the most gorgeous, rich, moody autumnal burgundy with that beautiful subtle sparkle. 🍷🍂✨️

And aren't they just BEAUTIFUL?! 🤌🏼

I'm so grateful for the relationships I'm building through TS Beauty. These ladies come through my door as clients, but so many of them are becoming such a lovely part of my life, and I genuinely couldn't imagine my little business without them. 🤎

Now it's time to put my feet up and enjoy two whole days off to rest, recharge and spend some time with my family before another busy week doing what I absolutely love!

What an absolutely gorgeous morning with the loveliest new mum. 🥹🤎✨️

A full body Swedish massage followed by my Korean Facial package, and some much deserved time that was completely and entirely just for HER. 🫶🏼

After spending so long sharing her body, growing her baby, giving birth and putting someone else's needs before her own, I really hope this morning was everything she needed and more. A little time to switch off, let go, be looked after and remember that she deserves care and attention too. 🤎

Something I felt particularly grateful for today was the trust.

Pregnancy, childbirth and those early postpartum days can be such a vulnerable time. Our bodies go through so much, our privacy and dignity can feel like they've taken a back seat, and it can take time to feel completely comfortable in our own skin again.

So to have a new mum walk into my little space, trust me with her body, allow herself to relax and hand over that time to me is something I will never take for granted.

It's so much more than just giving somebody a massage or a facial. It's about making someone feel safe, comfortable, cared for and deserving of every single minute they're on that bed.

I hope you left feeling relaxed, pampered, beautiful and, most importantly, looked after. Because you absolutely deserve to be. 🥹

I genuinely don't think I'll ever get tired of how special it feels to have someone walk into my little space, leave the outside world at the door and completely hand over their relaxation to me. 🥹

The trust my massage girlies continue to put in me, my hands, my abilities and my space means more than I can ever really put into words.

You're trusting me with your bodies, your comfort, your worries and that precious bit of time you've managed to carve out just for YOU. And that's something I will never take for granted. 🤍

There's something so incredibly rewarding about feeling someone slowly relax beneath my hands, watching the tension leave their body and knowing that for that hour, they don't have to think about anything, do anything or be anything for anyone else. They can just be.

And every single massage teaches me something, builds my confidence, develops my intuition and reminds me just how much I absolutely bloody love what I do. 🥹

So thank you to every single woman who continues to choose me, trust me and allow me to do something I have become so incredibly passionate about.

🤍✨ A little French moment for a very special birthday girl! ✨🤍

My lovely 4-weekly BIAB girlie was back at the table today, and she's usually a block colour kind of girl, but today she fancied trying something a little different! 🥹

We went for my gorgeous milky pink BIAB with a delicate, thinner French smile line to keep everything soft, subtle and classy, and oh my goodness, haven't they turned out beautifully! 😍🤌🏼

She's all ready to celebrate her 40th birthday tomorrow 🥳🥂 followed by a solo holiday next week, and I'm so excited for her!

I hope she has the most incredible birthday, the loveliest holiday and enjoys every second of celebrating HER! 🤍

And I already can't wait to have her back at my table in a few weeks to hear all about her adventures! 🥹✨

I've just finished the most gorgeous full body Swedish massage with my luxury face and scalp massage add-on, and I just had the loveliest time doing it. 🥹❤️

She absolutely loved her treatment and has already booked herself back in next month for the full works again, ready to finish her working week, switch off from the world and start her weekend feeling completely relaxed, pampered and looked after. 🥰

But I actually want to use this post to appreciate something else...

My massage girlies. ALL of you. 🥹🤍

The ones who come back week after week, month after month. The ones who walk into my little space, trust me with their bodies, let go of their worries and allow themselves to be completely looked after.

I don't think you'll ever understand quite how much that means to me.

Massage has become something I am genuinely SO passionate about. I'm learning more about the body, about touch, about tension, about knowing when to apply pressure and when to soften it. About listening to what someone's body is telling me without them having to say a single word.

And I've started to really recognise just how much I've grown and how skilled I've become at something I absolutely bloody love doing. 🥹

And honestly? YOU are such a huge part of that.

Because every time you lie on my massage bed, relax your body, let your guard down and trust me to do what I do, you're allowing me to develop that intuition, confidence and connection with my work even further.

My hands, my intuition and my own body working together to give yours exactly the care, attention and relaxation it deserves.

There's something so incredibly special about someone trusting you enough to completely let go, knowing they're safe, comfortable and being looked after.

I will never take that trust for granted.

I'm proud of the massage therapist I'm becoming, and I'm so grateful to every single one of you who has helped me get here.

I just absolutely, completely, bloody LOVE what I do. 🥹❤️

Followed by a lovely brow wax, shape & tint this afternoon! 🥰

This time we decided to go a little bolder, taking the tint a shade darker to see how it complements her skin tone, frames her face and how well the colour holds up over the coming weeks! 🤎

I love making these little adjustments with my regular girlies, gradually finding the perfect shade and shape that suits them and their features without losing that natural beauty! 🥹

🤍✨ Another Gel-X girlie starting her BIAB journey! ✨🤍

Another one of my lovely 4-weekly Gel-X girlies was back today for her usual removal and fresh set… BUT I had other ideas! 😂🤭

Once we'd removed her extensions and seen just how much her natural nails had grown underneath, I managed to persuade her to give BIAB on her natural nails a go instead! 🥹🤍

We went for a beautiful, soft French manicure, finished with a milky top coat to blend everything together and give that gorgeous, clean, classy and elegant finish! 🤌🏼✨

There's something so satisfying about watching my Gel-X girlies transition to their own natural nails and realising just how lovely they can look without extensions!

Another natural nail growth journey officially underway, and I can't wait to see how these progress! 🥹💅🏼

A little autumnal gel mani to finish the day 🍂🤎
We picked a mix of some of my favourite autumn shades and added little touches of gold foliage to bring them all together 🤌🏼
Deep green, burgundy, warm brown, creamy n**e and gold — basically autumn in a manicure 😂🍁
I absolutely love getting to mix colours and play around with the little details rather than every nail having to match. 🥰
