Is anyone else feeling a little more human now that the heat wave has finally passed? 😆

I have to say, I’m absolutely loving the cooler temperatures (I never thought I'll ever say such thing...), but I feel so much better, more comfortable and definitely have a little more energy now that we can breathe without melting! 😂

I hope you’re all enjoying the cooler weather too and feeling the benefits of it. Sometimes, a little fresh air and a gentle breeze is all we need to feel refreshed.
Also, with all schools now back to normal, what is not to like 🤫🤭

But if you have cut your toenails many times and made them bleed, even when you were very careful and wonder why, you probably just have high hyponychium...(long word, I know...🤷🏻‍♀️)

What is a High Hyponychium?

The hyponychium is the skin underneath the free edge of the toenail. In some people, this area can become more prominent or extend further underneath the nail, sometimes making nail care more challenging.

Why is Maintenance Important?
