RECONNECTION RETREAT DAY AT WILDHUS🧘🏽‍♀️✨

What a magical morning of movement, grounding, breathing & coming back to ourselves.

Thankyou to everyone who came along today to allow yourself some time out!

We started our day with Pilates with
Followed by iced lattes by mwah 🙆‍♀️ alongside some meditation, intention setting & journalling 📝
We were then led through a lovely stretch from Jennifer McLoughlin Fitness, PT & Yoga
Finishing off with Soundhealing with heated eye masks by the cosy fire by myself 🔥
All hosted at the beautiful Wild Hus Sauna & Tipi

What a perfect way to spend a Saturday!

There will a lot more of these events coming up. At the minute some shorter more affordable ones including breathwork, Soundhealing, movement, somatics, journalling, full moon ceremonies & sauna.

RISE & RESET SAUNA SESSION 🌅

Start your weekend right with a nourishing morning designed to gently awaken your body, clear your mind and reconnect you with yourself.

We’ll move through gentle movement and somatic practices before using energising breathwork to release stagnant energy and help you feel refreshed, grounded and ready for the day ahead.

You’ll then be guided through journalling and intention setting with detox tea & a fruit platter with oracle cards for a little extra guidance before unwinding in the warmth of the sauna.

A beautiful morning to pause, reset and step into your day feeling lighter, clearer and more energised.

OCTOBER WELLNESS EVENING 🏕️

Join me for a deeply restorative 2 hour journey of somatic breathwork with reiki & sound 🧘🏽‍♀️

Conscious Connected Breathwork uses a continuous, connected deep breathing pattern which can help you move out of the thinking mind, connect more deeply with your body and create space for emotions, tension and stored stress to be felt and released.

You’ll be safely guided through the breathwork journey while Reiki energy is offered throughout. Everyone’s experience is different. You may experience emotions arising, physical sensations, a sense of release, clarity or simply deep relaxation.

We’ll then gently bring the breath back to normal and finish with grounding meditation and a soothing mini sound healing giving you time to rest, integrate and reconnect with yourself 🤍

No previous breathwork experience is needed. Health contraindications apply and will be shared before booking.

MONTHLY WELLNESS EVENING 🧘🏽‍♀️🎼

What a beautiful evening hosting my first event at Wild Hus we had cacao, meditated, breathed deeply, journalled, read oracle cards, sat intentions under the new moon 🌙 & ended with a soothing Soundbath. With a few of the ladies joining the sauna after.. the perfect end to a busy week.

When you click the link it will take you to the home page with description about what reconnection retreats & events is about and then you can scroll down and see what I have on in date order. You can also pay via Apple Pay so it really is super simple. Some tickets have a very small booking fee and you can also chose the option to get a text message reminder of the event.

At the end of the booking it will ask you to read over my terms & conditions (important) and sign & also agree to a medical question this just ensures I’m covered knowing your safe to come to each individual event.

GODDESS RETREAT DAY 💐👸🏻

Join us for a beautiful day of connection, creativity and stepping into your inner goddess at Wild Hus Tipi & Sauna 🏕️

We’ll begin by grounding and slowing down. Reconnecting to yourself through meditation, higher self journaling and intention setting to help you explore the woman you are becoming. Herbal teas and nibbles will then be available ☕️

I will be teaming up with who will bring you into your creativity and feminine energy. Amy will guide you through this 1.5 hour masterclass allowing you to embrace your inner goddess by creating your very own flower crown in which all materials are included. We will finish the day by getting cosy and relaxing into a deeply soothing soundbath with reiki energy giving you space to completely switch off release and receive.
