I started Glo Up because I wanted to create a space where EVERY woman could experience the luxury of a Japanese Head Spa without having to question whether her hair type would be accepted.

Your curls, coils, kinks and waves should never be a barrier to relaxation, self-care or feeling welcome.

Let’s be real. When a service excludes people because their hair texture is different, it raises serious questions about inclusion, representation and discrimination.

Textured hair isn’t a problem to work around. It deserves knowledge, understanding and the right care.

You shouldn’t have to change your hair to access self-care. You deserve to be welcomed exactly as you are.

That’s why Glo Up is committed to creating a space that embraces all hair types, including textured hair. Because luxury should never come with a hair-type restriction.
