For those who may not know, alongside my beauty business, I also work as a support worker and carer. 🩷

From 7th September, I’ll be doing my support work on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This means my beauty appointments will initially be available on Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:30am–2:30pm, working around my daughter and my son's school hours.

I may arrange some occasional wraparound care in the future, which will allow me to offer some later appointments. However, for the first couple of months, my regular hours will remain 9:30am–2:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.

I will continue to offer evening appointments to existing clients, but at the moment I won’t be taking on any new clients for evening appointments.

When you book an appointment, you are agreeing to my cancellation policy, which is also included at the bottom of your Fresha confirmation and reminder emails.

You'll also notice that you're now asked to add your card details when booking. No payment is taken at the time of booking—this is simply there to protect my small business in the event of late cancellations or missed appointments.

This isn't something I wanted to introduce, but it's necessary to help protect my time and business. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support. I truly appreciate every one of you. 💚

✨ A little update ✨

From 10th August to 7th September, I'll be limiting my appointments and won't be taking on any new bookings during this time.

With the summer holidays here, I'd really like to spend some extra quality time with my children. I've also realised how important it is to take a step back when I need to and not push myself beyond my limits. Looking after my own wellbeing means I can come back refreshed and continue giving my clients the best experience possible.
