🌸 Easter Meditation Moment 🌸
Take a moment to slow down…
Sit quietly, soften your breath, and just be here for a moment.
Inhale gently…
and as you exhale, imagine letting go of anything heavy you’ve been carrying.
Like spring itself, you are allowed to reset.
To soften.
To begin again.
There’s nothing you need to fix in this moment.
Nothing you need to rush towards.
Just peace…
just stillness…
just you coming back to you 🤍
And when you’re ready, open your eyes and carry that calm with you into the day.

Last night at the Well-being hour we talked about how we use our breath to feel calm and relaxed. All were given a little bubble tube and gentle using our breath blew bubbles! 🫧🫧 this made the exercise playful and fun followed by a beautiful calming meditation with sound healing instruments. Blessed and Grateful to deliver this to you all 🙏🥰
