💚 A little shoutout to the Weigh Inn in Perth for kindly donating our lunch yesterday while we were taking part in our 24-hour beauty marathon in aid of Cornhill MacMillan Centre. 🩷

We really appreciate your generosity and support. Keeping us fed and fuelled throughout the 24 hours was very much needed! 😂🥰

💚 24 HOURS DONE… AND WHAT A 24 HOURS IT WAS! 💚

I honestly don’t even know where to start. What an experience from beginning to end! I’m absolutely exhausted, emotional and SO proud of what we managed to achieve. 🥹🩷

Spending 24 hours in the salon with these girls brought everything… the laughs, the tiredness, the random conversations at stupid o’clock, the emotional moments and plenty of caffeine 😂☕️ But I genuinely wouldn’t have wanted to do it with anyone else.

There were so many moments throughout the night that reminded me exactly why we were doing this. Hearing people’s stories, sharing our own, and seeing how many people wanted to support us made every single sleepy hour worth it. 💚

It’s times like this that I think about the people I’ve lost in my life to cancer. Working for 24 hours straight was exhausting, but it was nothing compared to what they went through. The pain, the treatment, the uncertainty and everything they had to face was so much more than we could ever understand. Thinking of them gave me even more reason to keep going, even when we were tired. They will always be a huge part of why this cause means so much to me. 🩷

And the important bit…

WE RAISED £2,085 IN JUST 24 HOURS!! 😭💚

I genuinely cannot thank everyone enough. To every person who donated, booked in, came along to support us, sent us a message, shared our fundraiser, brought us goodies or simply stayed awake with us through the night — THANK YOU. 🩷

It means so much knowing that together we’ve been able to raise money and awareness for such an important cause. This is exactly why we’ll keep doing it and keep pushing ourselves to raise as much as we can year after year. 💚

I’m so proud of all of us and what we achieved together. Here’s to the next one… although maybe let’s all get some sleep first! 😂
