What an incredible day supporting the Arth Ultra Marathon! 💚

We were honoured to provide the recovery station, supporting everyone taking on this amazing challenge to raise money for Velindre Cancer Centre while also raising awareness of prostate cancer.

A huge thank you to our wonderful therapists:
💚 Sophie from who kept runners going with sports massages.
💚 Helen from Solutions & who treated participants to relaxing foot massages.

Not only that, but Helen and Sophie also completed a lap themselves! 🏃‍♀️👏

It was an inspiring day filled with community spirit, encouragement and people coming together to support one another. Days like these remind us how powerful a community can be.

Today is International Women’s Day, and throughout March it’s also Endometriosis Awareness Month raising awareness for a condition that affects 1 in 10 women.
