It’s that time of year again…

Although the weather hasn’t quite got the memo and still seems to think it’s summer! ☀️

Autumn is on its way, and with it comes that natural feeling of wanting to slow down, get cosy and turn our attention back inwards.

Just as the trees begin to let go of their leaves, this season can be a lovely reminder for us to do the same, to release some of the tension and stress we’ve been carrying and take a little time to come back to ourselves ☺️

🍁 NEW – Bella’s Autumn Snuggle | one hour | £48

Bella is introducing a gorgeous new seasonal treatment, beginning with a gentle back, neck & shoulder massage, followed by a soothing face and head massage using beautiful oils, before finishing with a grounding foot massage.

Bella is our Junior Therapist and is continuing to build her skills and experience, which means you can enjoy this full 60 minute ritual at her special junior price of just £48.

Claire first introduced the Stillness Ritual last October as a seasonal treatment and you loved it so much that we decided it simply had to stay on our treatment list!

A nurturing holistic ritual combining gentle massage, warming elements and calming aromas, all working together to encourage grounding, ease tension and help you let go of anything that no longer serves you.

And as we move back into autumn, it feels like the perfect time to remind you that it’s still here.

Two different treatments, both with the same intention to help you slow down, let go and take some much-needed time for yourself.

Sacred Roots quarterly get together 🥰

When we’re in the sanctuary, we can often be back to back with clients. We might grab a quick chat in between treatments, but when we’re working, our focus is always on you, our clients.

That’s why our quarterly get togethers are so important to us. They give us a chance to properly catch up, relax and have some fun together outside of work.

Last night was dinner followed by karaoke, and it was also Emma and Bella’s first Sacred Roots social with the team! 🥰

We discovered that Bella is partial to a strawberry daiquiri (or two! 🍓😂), and that Jorja has been hiding a serious talent! Lennon has always firmly held the Sacred Roots karaoke top spot, but we think he may finally have some competition… 🎤😂

As for Claire and Debbie? We think it’s probably best for everyone if they stick to their day jobs. 🤣

We’re looking for a fully qualified Massage & Beauty Therapist to join our team at Sacred Roots.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys a varied role and is confident carrying out all aspects of massage and beauty, including massage, facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, brows and lashes.

Sacred Roots is a calm, welcoming sanctuary where we take our time with our clients and focus on providing a relaxed, personal experience. We’re looking for someone who shares that approach and enjoys working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

Our lovely Bella has now completed her first couple of weeks here at Sacred Roots!

Balancing college alongside work, Bella has settled straight into the team and it’s been so lovely to see how welcoming and supportive our clients have been while she builds her confidence and experience.

She’s already been kept nice and busy with Full Body Massage, Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage, Holistic and Express Facials, as well as Gel Manicures and Pedicures.

As Bella continues her training at college and develops her skills, we’ll gradually be adding more treatments for her to offer, so keep an eye out for those coming soon!
