Hitting the brief on the head ✨🫶🏼
clients always say just do whatever, but I am never going to do that. As a makeup artist my job is to listen, make my client feel beautiful and have them leaving happy with the results. (Just to name a few 🙈)
So I always ask how you liked your eyes, skin, lashes, lip, body glow, skin type among other things. My gorgeous client wanted matte soft eyes, a half lash, full skin that was matte but we added the glow using illuminated powder, and a pink n**e glossy lip - as you can see I think we both nailed it!
I love it when clients come in with their dos and donts, inspo pics and favourite products. However there is something so fun with communicating with your client their goals and making it come to life for them 🫶🏼💄

It was a full on day, but I honestly learnt so much! As i said as a makeup artist you never stop learning and growing, and in this industry it is nice that we are finally starting to see each other as a community and not competition.
Thanks again for inviting me along- so glad I was able to make it! Was definitely a sign it was meant to be! And was so nice meeting two other lovely, talented ladies .bridalbeauty thanks to also my gorg model 🫶🏼
