Buccal flow effect ✨
The Buccal Flow Facial is so much more than a facial - this specialised treatment uses intra oral (inside the mouth) massage techniques to help release tension held in the jaw, cheeks, and face while encouraging lymphatic drainage and enhancing natural sculpting and contouring of the face.
Clients often leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and glowing from the inside out ✨
If you’ve been dealing with jaw tension, facial puffiness, or simply need some time to reset, this treatment could be exactly what you’re looking for.
✨ Jawline sculpting
✨ Reduced jaw and facial tension
✨ Reduced facial puffiness
✨ Improved lymphatic drainage
✨ Deep relaxation and stress relief
Your glow starts from within ✨
The lymphatic system like a river of health, it can be compared to a river flowing through the body 🌊
Hailey Bieber has spoken 📣
Ideally, the river flows freely, with clear, clean water moving efficiently throughout the body. 💧
However, factors such as stress, environmental toxins, medications, hormonal changes, emotional wellbeing, lack of movement, injury, and trauma can contribute to areas of sluggish flow or “stagnation” within the lymphatic system. When this happens, the river is no longer flowing as freely as it should be and becomes a dirty colour like a canal. 💩
The aim of lymphatic drainage is to encourage healthy lymph flow, helping to reduce areas of stagnation and support the body’s natural waste-removal processes. 💦
Lymphatic drainage can be a great one off treatment and often you will feel and sometimes see the benefits in the first session, like any wellness treatment consistency is key for optimal results and to continue reaping the benefits 💪🏼

More defined and less inflamed 🔥
The lymphatic system is a crucial part of our immune system, responsible for transporting lymph fluid (which contains white blood cells and waste products) away from tissues and towards the bloodstream & lymph nodes. By encouraging the flow of lymph fluid, lymphatic massage helps in detoxifying the body, reducing swelling, and enhancing immune function! 🩸🫀
If you’re considering, planning or have cosmetic surgery booked, consider adding lymphatic massage to your pre op routine to ensure you are getting the best possible outcomes from your surgery.
Cosmetic surgery often involves tissue trauma, which can lead to significant swelling and fluid retention. Pre-surgery lymphatic massage helps to minimise these effects by encouraging the drainage of excess fluids and reducing swelling. This not only prepares the surgical site but also contributes to a smoother post-operative recovery.
Pre surgery lymphatic drainage benefits:
🫀1. Reduction of Swelling and inflammation
🫀2. Enhanced Immune Function
🫀3. Detoxification and Toxin Removal
🫀4. Pain Management
🫀5. Stress Reduction and Relaxation
