A year ago, I had no idea if this would work. BUT, I done it anyway.

I wasn’t from Omagh.
I didn’t have a client list waiting for me.
I didn’t have people telling me they’d book.
I had no idea if anyone would actually choose me.

I just knew I wanted to build something of my own.

I’m Dyaina, and this is what my first year of Sculpt & Glow has taught me…

1. PATIENCE.
Things don’t happen overnight. You can put the work in and still have quiet weeks, slow months and moments where you question whether you’re doing the right thing.

2. CONSISTENCY.
You have to keep showing up — even when the bookings aren’t flooding in, even when a post doesn’t perform, even when you feel like nobody is watching.

3. BELIEVING IN YOURSELF.
Because there will be plenty of moments where you have to be the person who believes in you before anyone else does.

A year ago, I was starting with a completely blank canvas.

And now, I’m celebrating ONE YEAR of Sculpt & Glow. 🤍

Things I didn’t realise when I started Sculpt & Glow…

That the treatments are only one part of running a business.

There’s the admin.
The messages.
The content.
The laundry.
The cleaning.
Restocking, inc. ALL the little things.
Keeping on top of finances.
Learning how to market myself.
Investing in training.
Questioning whether I’m doing enough.
And somehow trying to switch off when your business is always on your mind. 😂

And then there’s everything I’ve learned about the body along the way.

I definitely didn’t realise how much would happen behind the scenes of Sculpt & Glow when I started…but sure it’s all abit of craic too right?😂
