I sincerely find this the most awkward part of self employment and running my own business.
If you know me well, you’ll know my compassionate heart (I hope!) - and I genuinely care when things go wrong for you. I’m not denying that life happens - to us all - myself included!
But when time is set aside specifically for an appointment, a last minute cancellation is incredibly difficult to refill.
This has an impact on my business as I still have costs to cover even when things change unexpectedly.
I’ll always try to be as understanding and helpful as possible but in order to protect myself and my little business, my cancellation policy still applies.
I’m rubbish at implementing such things so your help and respect for the policy outlined is invaluable.
I appreciate each and every one of you that has made my business what it is, please help me stick around for longer…. 🫶🏻

It does not matter a jot!!! Life is busy and life is hard without worrying about stuff like this. It has no bearing on anything when you’re coming to see me so….
