We get sooo many enquiries about **Ultrasonic Cavitation / Body Sculpting & Contouring** and one of the biggest questions is always… **“Does it actually work?”** 👀

So I thought I’d share a little **before & after update on myself!**

I’ve used cavitation on myself before when I was much larger, but after my weight loss I wanted to see how my body responded now.

And this is after just **25 MINUTES** 😍
Our usual body sculpting appointments are **45–60 minutes**, so this wasn’t even a full treatment!

Ultrasonic cavitation is a **non-surgical body-contouring treatment** designed to target localised areas and help improve the appearance and contour of the body. It’s **not a weight-loss treatment**, and results can vary from person to person.

For the best results, we normally recommend a **course of treatments**, alongside good hydration, movement and a healthy lifestyle.

📅 Deposits secure your course date. If your deposit isn’t paid within 24 hours of your enquiry, unfortunately the date isn’t secured and may be offered to someone else.

As much as we’d love to, we simply can’t hold course dates indefinitely without a deposit, especially with limited training availability.
