🦶 Reflexology - £45 (60mins)
Reflexology is an incredibly effective, non-medicinal means of helping the body heal itself. Even at its most basic level, foot reflexology is a soothing experience that can assist in alleviating stress.
This treatment is safe, gentle, and relaxing and will help you achieve a sense of well-being.
We begin this gorgeous ancient art of reflexology by applying pressure to your feet and working on the reflex points corresponding to different parts of your body.
We then finish this treatment with a relaxing lower leg and foot massage.

✨🍂Autumn Equinox ✨🍂
As the Earth tilts toward the gentle embrace of Autumn, I invite you to pause and reflect on the symbolism this season holds for you.
This moment - when day and night stand in perfect equilibrium invites us to honor the delicate dance between light and shadow, the seen and the unseen. It is a time when nature whispers her timeless secrets of balance, harmony, and the eternal cycle of life.
As the Earth reaches this moment of equilibrium, we are also invited to reflect on the harvest of our lives. What seeds did we plant in the fertile soil of the past year? What lessons have we cultivated, and what have we learned along the way? It’s a time to gather the fruits of our labor - emotionally, spiritually, and physically and give thanks for the gifts we’ve received so far. It is a reminder that every experience, both light and dark, has contributed to the whole of who we are.
As the wheel of the year turns, we begin to move toward the quiet stillness of winter. In the mythic cycle of life, winter is the season of the soul’s rebirth. It is in the stillness of the cold months that we are called to rest, to allow the seeds of transformation to quietly germinate beneath the surface. In this sacred time of transition, we must clear our inner and outer spaces, letting go of what no longer serves us, so that we may create room for the new growth that will emerge with the coming spring.
A significant part of Mabon & the Autumn Equinox is allowing yourself to let go 🍂. Just like the trees and plants must shed their leaves to grow and evolve, we too must release what no longer serves us. The trees drop old leaves so that they can sprout new life and growth in the spring, and we must do the same to continue expanding in our own lives.
Autumn is a time for introspection 🍁, for releasing old stories, false beliefs, and anything holding you back from personal growth and evolution.
Take this season to reflect, let go, and make space for new beginnings. 🌙✨

Reflexology Week 22nd - 28th September 2026
Did you know that reflexology is way different from foot massage?
Yes, although it looks similar to foot massage, reflexology is a different form of therapy where certain pressure is applied to specific points in the body to promote healing.
It is a non-invasive, complementary health therapy that promotes de-stressing, deep relaxation, and well-being. In essence, it is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points of the body such as the face, ears, hands, lower leg or feet correspond with other areas of the body and reflexologists work these points.
Reflexology can be very effective in reducing the overall stress in one’s body by optimizing health and building resilience. All the organs or body parts are reflected in small peripheral areas such as feet, hands, ears, and the face. Reflexologists simply work on those reflected areas, thus bringing balance and improving the health of those parts. The origins of reflexology can be dated back to Ancient Egypt, India, and China. It was later introduced to Western civilization by Dr. William Fitzgerald as he developed ‘Zone Therapy’ in the 1900s. later in the 1930s, Eunice Ingham developed this zone therapy into modern reflexology.

Acupuncture for pain relief.
We are a fully licensed and qualified to carry out Acupuncture. It stimulates the sensory nerves under the skin and in the muscles.
How it Works
Western Medical Acupuncture:
Is based on a medical diagnosis and focuses on stimulating sensory nerves under the skin and in muscles. The stimulation triggers the body's natural production of pain-relieving substances like endorphins.
The Procedure
Fine, thin needles are inserted into specific acupuncture points on the skin.
The needles are typically left in place for a short period and may be manipulated manually or with small electrical currents (electroacupuncture).
The procedure is generally not painful; people often don't feel the needles being inserted, though they may experience a mild aching sensation.
Uses and Benefits
Acupuncture is used for various conditions, including:
Pain relief for conditions like headaches, migraines, and back pain.
Relief from nausea and vomiting.
Treatment of respiratory conditions such as hay fever.
Management of insomnia and menstrual cramps.
We are fully licensed and qualified to carry out acupuncture for pain relief. Acupuncture stimulates the sensory nerves under the skin and in the muscles.
This results in the body producing natural substances, such as pain-relieving endorphins. It's likely that these naturally released substances are responsible for the beneficial effects experienced with acupuncture.
A course of acupuncture is usually recommended because it can take a few sessions for you to see improvements, however relief is usually felt after just one session.

Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired?
Are you fed up with spending so much money on ci******es?
Are you concerned for the health of those around you because of your smoking? Are you concerned that you may die an early death?
Would you like to feel healthy once again and look younger?
Be able to run up the stairs again without coughing and wheezing?
Spend more time with your loved ones without being embarrassed or ashamed of how you appear and smell?
Hypnotherapy could help you to achieve this using trusted scientific and proven methods that are designed to get you to quit safely and quit for good!
Cigarette smoking is the greatest single cause of illness and premature death in the UK. To***co is killing around 78000 people each year, with almost a quarter of those deaths due to non-smokers being exposed to second-hand smoke. Smoking ages you, ages your skin, makes you smell and gradually destroys you. Despite this, one in five adults are still regular smokers.
Quitting smoking can be a challenge for a person to face, but mainly this is because the media promote the idea that it is difficult. When in reality it isn't if someone fully gives themselves over to the help that hypnotherapy can offer. Results can be dramatic and permanent.
The way that it works is that the habit of smoking is controlled by the subconscious, and hypnotherapy is an amazingly effective way of talking to the subconscious and creating suggestions and new ways of looking at things that will help you in changing your thought patterns and behaviours associated with smoking.
