BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
* New Eyelash clients will be required to have a patch test prior to booking an appointment.
* Once you have booked please note that I have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
PAYMENT
* Please pay at the end of your appointment.
* I accept bank transfer or cash.
* People who wish to pay by bank transfer must pay immediately after the appointment with me otherwise I will only accept cash on the day.
* I will need 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment
NO REFUNDS
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your treatment please let me know before you leave so we can discuss any alterations. Should you decide after you leave you are unhappy this must be advised within 48 hours and you must return to me within 3 days if you wish for any changes to be considered.
