We went in with back-to-back foils, using a mix of babylights and tiny weaves to get maximum lift and impact, while still keeping the blend soft for a much nicer grow-out than traditional highlights.

With such a dramatic colour change, protecting the hair was a priority — K18 at every step to help protect, strengthen and repair throughout the process.

✔️ I layer my heat protection with a leave-in conditioner, cream and oil to help lock in moisture and defend against heat.

✔️ After each blow-dried section, I place the hair into Bantu knots. This allows it to cool in a smooth shape, reduces frizz and prevents the hair from expanding before styling.
