Flamingo Amy is a hair stylist and makeup artist, based in the fine city of Norwich and specialises in creating hair styles and makeup looks from the glamorous past! With a love and knowledge of hair styles from the early to mid 20th Century Flamingo Amy can transport you to another era with a wave of her comb (well, sort of!). She is available for salon appointment (at Flint, Norwich) and other freelenace work, including events, theatre, commercials, weddings and any thing else that needs a hairstylist.

I stepped onto my wavy era in 2026, now you can too!
Honestly, I really hope I can help people love their 'unruly' hair as much as I love mine now.
If you've struggled for years with your hair, maybe saw a wave or 2 in your hair when you got caught in the rain, then maybe it's time to learn how to style it so you can love it.

These girls!!!
When they were standing in the living room waiting for the Bride (Bethan) dress reveal, I poked my head in and asked...
'You know where to hold the flowers right?
In unison they shouted (without promoting) 'BUSH!', whilst maneuvering the bouquets to the lady garden location.
I laughed and made them do it again.
And here you have it, a faithful recreation of a real life moment.
