Being part of the NHS for 30yrs I learnt that grafting is what you do.

After being brave and jumping ship from the safety of that institution I then had to graft a whole lot harder to make self employed life work for me and my family.

I am having an absolute blast and ADORE Nurse Emma Elizabeth Aesthetics. For the community of beautiful clients that I have the absolute honour of seeing walk into my little room each day.. I am eternally grateful.

For me my buisness was about creating a better work/life balance. I got sick working in the NHS and promised to never cry over work again.

All new businesses need endless work on the shop floor and behind the scenes. None of this bothers me as I simply love what I do.

But I had lost my focus for finding the better work/life balance I had promised myself.

It's never been about the money for me. It has purely been my drive to keep striving to be the best I can be.

I am approaching fabulous 50 and I am saying yes more to adventures and making the absolute best of life.

So if you got this far 🤣 Im reducing my working hours as of December!

I have worked super hard and just want to find a little more time for me 🥰

I want to move my body more. Sit and read a book. Get back to doing some painting and drawing. Coffee dates and cake!

So my new working days will be
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Im also going to try and be better at sticking to my work hours when managing enquiries.
