More chains. More charms. More stock. More options. It’s very easy to look at what other businesses are offering and feel like you need to keep adding more to compete.

But the things my clients remember most rarely have anything to do with how many options they had on the day.

They remember feeling welcomed. They remember enjoying choosing their piece. They remember the conversations, who they came with and how they felt when they saw the finished jewellery.
And those are the things that bring people back.
