As we step into October, it’s ADHD Awareness Month—and to be honest, this one hits really close to home. 🧡
​Living with ADHD isn’t just about being "distracted" or having too much energy. It’s a constant, daily dance with a brain that works on a completely different frequency. It means navigating sensory overload, battling executive dysfunction, and constantly trying to fit a round peg into a square hole. But it also means having intense passion, unique creativity, and a deeply empathetic heart.
​I’m still learning to embrace my neurospicy brain, to forgive myself on the hard days, and to celebrate the unique way I view the world. If you’re also on this journey, please know you’re not alone and you don’t have to mask your struggles to be worthy of love and understanding.
