Recently, Dannika Bernadette - Nail Artist shared an idea that really resonated with me, and it's had me thinking about the kind of impact we can have on our industry when we're willing to do things a little differently. 🤍

Her approach to recalibration got me thinking about just how important it is that we continue learning, revisiting our foundations and refining our skills long after we've gained our qualifications.

Because qualifying is just the beginning.

We can spend years working behind the desk, developing our techniques and building our businesses, but sometimes we need another pair of trained eyes, a little guidance or simply the space to step back and look at our work differently.

And asking for support should never feel like admitting defeat.

It should be something we're encouraged to do.

Inspired by Nika, I'm so excited to be introducing my own Recalibration Sessions here in Northamptonshire! 🥹✨

These sessions will be an opportunity to revisit the foundations, refine techniques, troubleshoot those niggling issues and build confidence in the work we create every day.

Because better foundations lead to better work, safer services and stronger businesses. And when we invest in ourselves, the benefits reach far beyond our own desks.

I'm incredibly passionate about making education feel more accessible, creating a space where questions are welcomed and reminding professionals that there's always room to grow, no matter how long they've been in the industry.

This is something I've wanted to explore for a while, and I'm so excited to start putting those ideas into practice.
