Anti-wrinkle injections work by temporarily relaxing the muscles responsible for creating dynamic lines (the lines that appear when we frown, raise our eyebrows or squint). As the muscle movement is reduced, the skin is given a chance to smooth out, making existing lines appear softer and helping to prevent them from becoming deeper over time

Results typically:
• Begin to show in 3–5 days
• Reach full effect at around 2 weeks
• Last approximately 3–4 months (this varies from person to person)

The aim isn’t always to “freeze” the face - treatments can be tailored to achieve a natural-looking reduction in movement while maintaining expression
