Join me this Sunday evening
For a beautiful evening of relaxation, letting go and manifestation ✨️
What to expect 🤔
Come along in your comfiest comfiest gear, some love coming in jammies, fluffy socks
I have a beautiful heated room you just come in find a mat
Most people come alone you don't need to bring a friend
I guide you through a gentle meditation then take you on a journey through sound while you snore your head off, all cosy with a heated eye mask.
We will finish the evening outside at the fire with heart opening cacao, some yummy homemade scones and we will very privately and individually write anything down we wish to release to the fire. There will be no sharing this is a personal journey
