After spending the last couple of days looking into different booking systems, comparing prices, fees and features, I’ve decided… I’m staying with Fresha! 🙌🏼

I did seriously consider switching, but after weighing everything up, Fresha still offers the easiest and most convenient booking experience for both myself and my lovely clients. Sometimes the grass isn’t always greener! 😂

Telling me after your treatment has been completed that you don’t have the money is simply not acceptable.

I am a small business. This is part of my wage, and I have stock, products and bills to pay too. I cannot afford to be left out of pocket for work I have already carried out.

Going forward, ALL appointments will require a deposit to secure your booking. No deposit = no appointment.
