One session where people didn't know each other to start with but had such a great time together, to a private booking for a birthday party (happy birthday! 🥳), and anything in between... All happy smiles, chats, and giggles today.
If you like the idea of exclusive use of the sauna with your friends or family, you can book any session on the schedule as a private session, or ping us a message to organise one.

We're really curious, so would love to ask you what you gain most from your sessions at Sauna Uno?
Is it a calmer mind? More energy? A more relaxed feeling? Something else?
Let us know in the comments!
It's Sunday evening. You might be looking at the week ahead, and wondering when there will be some time to just be, do nothing, relax a little, enjoy some self-care, and make sure you get to the end of this week.
Come on down and spend an hour at Sauna Uno this week. It'll be just the right thing to do. You'll feel the (positive) difference, we promise.

We don't know about you, but we can really feel that chill in the air at times... Luckily, we have the fire going for you, so come on down to Pwllgwaelod and enjoy the heat 🔥
I get the irony... 😂🫣 Here we are, posting about this group of lovely people, who included a sauna session in their 5-day digital detox, meditation and writing retreat!
But then again, (unfortunately) I wasn't on the retreat with them, and fortunately they were happy to have these pictures taken and shared.
Are you ready for a digital detox, maybe just for an hour to start with?
I thought so... We'll see you soon!
Every day, you have to make choices on levels of self-care. And we're here to help you make it very easy: choosing one hour of 'me-time' at Sauna Uno will help you have all kinds of emotional, mental, and physical benefits in one go.
What's not to love?
So book now, and we'll see you soon.

A little September sunshine or mist (pretty either way), a hot sauna, the sea right outside, and nowhere else you need to be for the next hour.
We'll keep the fire going.
You just turn up.
Nothing is more important than that you feel good! So we wish you a happy week, and look forward to contributing to your feel-good experience!
Whether your brain could do with a break, your muscles would like to relax, or any of the other benefits that sauna use has according to the research... we're here for you!
See you at Pwllgwaelod 🔥🌊❤️
