Because at Calm - Carla Cressy, your treatment should never feel like a one-size-fits-all experience.

Whether you’re coming for a massage, MLD, Indian Head, hot stones or anything else I offer, your consultation is where I get to understand you — how you’re feeling, what you’re hoping to get from your treatment, anything I need to be aware of and what might make your time on the treatment bed feel that little bit more comfortable.

For MLD especially, it’s an important part of the process. It helps me understand what you’d like support with and allows me to tailor the session accordingly.

But really, every treatment starts here.

It’s your chance to ask questions, tell me what you need and make sure you feel completely comfortable before we begin.

Because taking a little time to listen first means I can make your treatment feel more personal, considered and Calm 🧡
