Still breaking out after antibiotics or Roaccutane?
NMC Registered Nurse
đź’Ś DM 'SKIN' to find your root cause

Her skin burned everytime she applied her skincare. 8 weeks before her wedding, she came to me👇
For over a year, my client’s skin burned, stung and stayed red — no matter what she tried.
Her goal was simple: smooth, glowy skin for her big day. Through my clear skin programme, we:

• Looked at the full picture to uncover what was really driving her skin’s reactions
• Built a personalised routine designed to repair and strengthen her barrier
And these are her results after just 4 weeks.
A damaged barrier isn’t something you have to just live with. When we treat the cause rather than chase the symptoms, your skin can finally calm down and start to heal.
If your skin feels sensitive, reactive or red no matter what you use, send me a DM with “BARRIER” and let’s talk about where to start🤍
Been on Roaccutane in the last year? This one’s for you 👇
Roaccutane leaves your skin thinner, more fragile and slower to heal for a while after your last tablet. Treatments like peels, extractions and exfoliation can cause tearing, scarring or pigmentation during this time.
That’s why I don’t offer facials for minimum 12 months after Roaccutane, and I’d advise the same no matter where you book.
In the meantime, your skin still needs support. Gentle barrier care, alongside the right diet and lifestyle changes, helps keep your skin healthy and your results lasting.

The biggest secret to clear skin 🤫
Everyone wants the one product: the serum, the cleanser, the routine that went viral last week. But the real answer is far less exciting, and it’s the one most of us skip.
Swipe to find out what it is ->
Save this if you’ve switched routines more than twice this year 🤍
What actually is acne? Explained simplyđź§
It’s not just red, angry spots. It starts much smaller than that, with blackheads and whiteheads you might not even think of as acne.
Save this if no one’s ever actually explained it to you 📌
Come with me to Ramside Hall for The Skin Edit 3.0 🤍
A full day of talks, live demonstrations and the chance to try treatments myself. It was so informative and insightful, and I even discovered treatments I didn’t know existed!
Events like this are brilliant for networking, but the best part is bringing fresh ideas and new approaches back into clinic for you all đź’Ś
Why I keep the membership small đź’Ś
I could take on more clients. I choose not to.
A smaller group means I actually know what’s going on with each person, not a number on a spreadsheet. That only works if I have room to show up for everyone in it.
👉 DM me “CLEAR” if you want one of the spaces I do have.
Bacne isn’t just about sweat🏋️‍♀️
It can play a role sometimes but it’s rarely the full story. Hormones, gut health, diet, and stress usually matter more.
Follow for the real reasons behind your breakouts🧖‍♀️

More actives ≠faster results🧴
Retinoid, azelaic acid, a BHA, an AHA — all at once, every day. It doesn’t speed things up. It just overwhelms the barrier.
Swipe to see what actually worked for one client: fewer actives, better spacing, real barrier support. One month later, this was the result👆
Feels like a lot but skin’s still stuck? Comment “ROUTINE” and I’ll send what we changed.

Halfway progress: what happens when picking stops 🧬
Picking at the skin, even small amounts, reopens the healing process every time. It re-triggers inflammation, delays the skin barrier from repairing itself, and can lead to lasting discoloration or scarring that wouldn’t otherwise happen.
This client came in with a habit of picking regularly. Once we addressed that habit alongside a consistent routine, the skin finally got the chance to actually heal — not just from treatment, but from being left alone.
Why this matters: healing isn’t just about products — it’s about giving skin the time and space to do its job. Consistency + hands-off > any single treatment.
Struggling with picking or skin you can’t stop touching? Let’s talk about what’s really going on and build a plan. DM me or book your consultation through the link in bio🤍
